I've some of my work showcased on my startitup.viviti.com site. I also do some custom graphics work depending upon the size of the project.
I'm interested in working on sites to keep my skills sharp, I also do not do intense, database driven sites. Nor do I do a lot of flash either.

A well designed site compliments the content and theme of the site. It does not distract, nor does it confuse - it is a frame for the content to show it off to the best without over shadowing it.

If you know what you want, have content, images and need a professional, custom design to complement what you have...I'm available.
I'm also very affordable, which is most likely why I couldn't afford to keep up my business. I kept my prices too low that I barely made any money for myself. That's why I'll work out a project cost fee up front and we can go from there.
I used to just charge $50-75/page - everything set up and I ended up shortchanging myself a lot of money. ($75 was for flash or fancy graphic on a page as it was scripting, customized and time consuming.)

I also do SEO and I'm not bad at it either. I'm not into internet marketing, even though I know it fairly well. I just don't like doing it.
But I can do site analysis, design consultations and reviews.

I'm wanting to find a way to earn more income, so that I can make a fresh start with my kids. Wanting to move to the west coast and get away from the south & east coast.

Have home that needs work, but nothing here but bad energy & memories. Need to make a clean break & start over. Have skills in web design, writing, cooking, knowledge on various subjects. Hoping to earn enough to move - house, furnishings & such will be left behind. Taking only personal items & sentimental treasures. Less costly this way...

Any suggestions on how to secure some property out in OR - WA- area...let me know. Just need land with maybe a double wide that's livable to start with. Water/sewer set up on property, don't really need elect. if generator is avail.

No restrictions on land use, want to be able to have crops & livestock. Want to put up solar, wind and water systems. Open to living/purchase options...

I am posting this in regards to my current situation in which me and my wife are faceing.  I am 32 years old and on oxygen full time.  Me and my wife are in desperate need of houseing and used laptop that has wi-fi capabillities.  My current laptop has problems with the hard drive and I am limping it along for the moment.  As for houseing I have to have electricity for my oxygen and breathing treatements every 3 hours.  We have struggled since my health has gotten worse over the last year.  My wife is my sole means of support and help with things that I have a hard time with due to my breathing and heart condition.  We have appealed to agencies in our local area and have found no relief to our problems.  I am currently awaiting to go in front of a administrtative law judge for my dissability, but even with dissability there will not be enough money for us to survive.  I am trying to stay positive,  but the truth of the matter is.  I am ready to go home to be with the Lord,  The United States Goverment has done another fine Job of starving out an American family, while those from other countries get the blessing our Goverment has to offer.   I do not want a hand out, but only a hand up and a soulution for our problem that is getting increasingly worse. Hello! I am 66 years young and I really need someones help. I would like to build a website so that I could possibly earn a living. I have been on Soc Sec Disability since 1998 and I cannot find the money to pay for web design. If there  is anyone out there that has a Big Heart and can lead me through this. They would be Blessed, as would I.
